The  name says it all, Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly. As if we need more validation that the best lechon (whole roast pig) comes from Cebu, innovators came up with just taking the belly, stuff it with all fragrant spices and herbs before roasting it to crispy crackling goodness!

But if you thought they only have lechon, their store also offer other dishes that are oh-so-delicious and sinful you need to go to confession after a meal. Father forgive me for i have sinned ha ha ha

I ordered the lechin paksiw, soft, melt in your mouth, not in your hand, errr not m&ms – lechon belly stewed in a light sauce of vinegar, soy, sugar and aromatic herbs and paired it with the curiously named lechips, or lechon chips that closely resemble bacon fried to a crisp. They also have the pochero, or the tagalog bulalo, but they named it creamy pochero because the beef is literally falling apart that gives the soup a creamy consistency. Sorry, there are no vegetable options for this meal ha ha ha.

Just before paying at the counter the girl asked me how many plates and i said just one. She gave me a look, a very judgemental look nyahahaha.

Now excuse me, i have to go to the hospital ICU lol.
