Classy Night Food Market in Cebu

It was a long overdue concept, a night food market in cosmopolitan Cebu where people can dine al fresco and get to pick their choice of food. The cuisine shows the strong filipino heritage with spanish, japanese, indian, indonesian, thai, malaysian, pinoy, american and italian represented. Surprisingly, chinese cuisine was not present but perhaps the south east asian stalls already incorporated the underlying chinese influence.

Set in the middle of a bustling center of office buildings, the rare green trees surrounded the night market gave the place a unique character. Be ready to mill around and pick your choice 🙂
