Weekend Streetfood in Liloan

If you are on your way North of Cebu during weekends, don’t forget to drop by the weekend strertfood market in Liloan. Roads beside the main church and town hall are closed, tarpaulin and make shift tents are set up and rows and rows of grilled meats are served to hungry pandas!

One particular delicacy served is the sea cucumber that is served as a ceviche of vinegar, chili, and kalamansi and is used as a side dish. Another thing you may want to buy is the freshly shucked sea urchin or uni that is sold in bottles. You pay thousands of pesos in restaurants to get uni, you only pay a hundred pesos for a bottle of this delicacy in liloan!
