Food fads come and go, but this one just picks up on the legendary status of Cebu as the place with the best lechon in the country. The perfect way to enjoy it is take out the bone and roast it to a crisp. But wait, stuff it with aromatics, herbs, spices and that dose of Chili!
I wouldn’t say that it is exactly the best of its class, but it is worth visiting for their other lechon inspired dishes!
